Supervision for CBT therapists and psychologists using CBT, online across the UK, with Dr Rachel Ashwick, a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist.
Good CBT supervision keeps the model alive in the room: a clear, shared formulation, well-chosen interventions and careful use of measures and feedback. Rachel offers supervision for CBT therapists at every stage, from those working towards accreditation to experienced clinicians developing a specialism.
Rachel is a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, so supervision with her can count towards accreditation and reaccreditation. She can complete supervision logs and supervisor’s reports.
BABCP asks for live supervision at least twice a year, which can be built into your sessions, and asks full-time accredited therapists to have at least 1.5 hours of supervision a month. Longer 90-minute sessions work well when you want to review recordings in depth.
Rachel is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Lead in an NHS adult community mental health team in London, with over a decade of mental health experience. Dual-accredited in CBT and DBT, she brings experience of complex trauma, personality disorders and severe mental illness to CBT supervision, and supports both model-specific fidelity and integrative work. Sessions are paid by card when you book. You can cancel or rearrange free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.
