DBT supervision and consultation

Supervision and consultation for DBT therapists, skills group facilitators and teams, online across the UK, with Dr Rachel Ashwick, an accredited DBT therapist and Clinical Psychologist.

Staying adherent, staying effective

DBT asks a lot of therapists: holding the dialectic of acceptance and change, managing risk, and staying true to the model under pressure. Supervision offers space to step back, think it through and return to the work with renewed clarity.

For individuals and teams

Rachel offers one-to-one supervision for DBT therapists, alongside consultation for DBT teams and services, including teams setting up or developing a DBT programme. She led the set-up of the first DBT skills group in Wandsworth.

Team consultation is quoted individually, so email to discuss what your service needs.
